Bramblecrest ‘Win Back the Cost of Your Set’ UK Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter and Administrator
The promoter is BDP Imports Limited t/as Bramblecrest (company number 04031966) (the “Promoter”) with registered office Hangar 9 Aston Down Business Park, Frampton Mansell, Stroud, England, GL6 8GA. The promotion is administered by Benamic Unlimited Company (company number 467682) (the “Administrator”). Entrants and winners may receive correspondence from the Administrator for entry validation, draw administration, and prize fulfilment.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18+. Excludes employees of the Promoter, the Administrator, their families, and anyone professionally connected. One entry per person and per household. A maximum of 10,000 entries will be accepted in total across the promotion for the entire promotion.
3. How to Enter
Purchasing a Qualifying Product does not increase the price of the item. The price of all Qualifying Products is the same for all customers during the Promotion Period, whether or not they choose to enter the promotion.
Entry Period: Opens 01 March 2026 and closes 31 May 2026 or earlier if 10,000-entry cap reached. If the 10,000‑entry cap is reached before the Closing Date, the Promoter will update the promotional website to confirm early closure and no further entries will be accepted. Purchase Route: Buy a qualifying Bramblecrest garden furniture set (minimum £1,000 inc. VAT) from an approved retailer between 01 March 2026 and Closing Date. Complete the entry form at www.bramblecrest-promotions.com and upload proof of purchase (receipt and valid barcode).
Internet access and a valid email address are required.
Entrants must retain and provide all required proof‑of‑purchase materials (including receipt, valid barcode and any additional validation requested) as these are significant conditions of entry.
4. Qualifying Products
4.1 Definition of a Qualifying Product
A “Qualifying Product” is a Bramblecrest garden furniture set sold and invoiced as a complete set (not individual items) with a total purchase price of at least £1,000 (including VAT), purchased during the Entry Period from an Approved Retailer.
4.2 Exclusions
Non-qualifying items include individual/loose pieces, accessories (cushions, covers, parasols, bases, heaters, fire‑pit fuel, spare parts), storage items (cushion boxes), and delivery or installation charges.
4.3 Minimum Value Requirement
The £1,000 minimum must appear on a single receipt and relate to a Bramblecrest set SKU. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.
4.4 Approved Retailers
Only purchases from Bramblecrest‑approved retailers qualify (see Section 5).
4.5 Proof of Purchase and Validation
Entrants must provide a valid receipt. The Promoter/Administrator may request additional proof, such as a barcode or product photo.

4.7 Availability
Eligible purchases remain valid even if sets become unavailable later.
5. Approved Retailers

6. Prize Details
6.1 Multiple Qualifying Products in a Single Transaction
Where a single purchase transaction includes more than one Qualifying Product, only one Qualifying Product will be eligible for reimbursement. In such cases, the prize will be calculated based on the highest-value Qualifying Product appearing on the same receipt. No additional or multiple reimbursements will be awarded for additional Qualifying Products purchased within the same transaction.
Main Prizes (3 total): Purchase-route winners: Reimbursement will cover the actual purchase price paid by the winner for the Qualifying Product, inclusive of VAT.
Secondary Prizes (50 total): £250 cash each.
7. Draw Dates and Winner Selection
Draws: 1 April, 1 May, 1 June (main prizes); 1 June (secondary prizes). Winners will be selected in accordance with the laws of chance using a computer process that produces verifiably random results; where such a process is not used, the draw will be conducted by, or under the supervision of, an independent person.
8. Notification, Verification and Fulfilment
Winners notified within 7 days of draw by email or phone. Fulfilment within 45 days.
Reimbursement will be paid via bank transfer within 45 days. Winners must provide valid bank details for payment.
The Promoter and/or Administrator may carry out reasonable verification checks with the retailer to confirm the ongoing validity of a Qualifying Product purchase (including receipt details and payment status). If, at any time before prize fulfilment, the Qualifying Product is returned, refunded (in full or in part), exchanged for a non‑qualifying item, or becomes subject to a payment reversal (including a chargeback), the associated entry will be void and any prize will be withdrawn.
9. Marketing, Publicity and Winners’ List
Marketing consent is optional. Entry does not require consent to receive marketing.
Winners agree to reasonable publicity.
Winners’ details: In accordance with CAP Code rule 8.28.5, the Promoter will publish or make available the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries. Winners may object to or request reduction of this information for privacy reasons; in that case, the Promoter will provide the information to the ASA on request to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
Winner details will be available for 30 days after confirmation of all winners.
10. Data Protection
Personal data processed under UK GDPR and PECR. Privacy Notice available at www.bramblecrest-promotions.com/privacy.
Personal data will be processed on the basis of the Promoter’s legitimate interests in administering the promotion and fulfilling prizes.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Additional Conditions
Entrants must retain original proof of purchase until 60 days after the Closing Date. The Promoter and/or Administrator may require additional evidence for validation (e.g., photo of product/pack, original till receipt, barcode). Automated, bulk, third‑party or fraudulent entries (including altered or incomplete receipts) will be disqualified.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, corrupted or inaccessible entries due to network, hardware or software failure. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void.
If a winner does not respond after reasonable attempts to contact them, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original winner.
Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes will be awarded as described or, in the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value may be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes where eligibility or compliance with these terms cannot be verified.
Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from entering the promotion or accepting a prize.
Personal data will be processed by the Promoter and the Administrator solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Entrants have the right to access, rectify or delete their data.
The Administrator will handle queries and complaints relating to the promotion. The Promoter’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
